Our Swedish Therapeutic Massage is designed to promote relaxation while relieving muscle tension and improving circulation. This session incorporates long, flowing strokes and kneading techniques to help restore balance to the body and calm the mind.  

Other therapeutic modalities may be incorporated during your session based on your needs.
